In this paper, we report a novel study on the large-scale (92,688 cells) scRNAseq of tooth embryonic development in mice. Our study covered all critical embryonic developmental periods from E10.5 to E16.5 for both incisor and molar teeth. Our data systematically suggest the novel illustration how the incisor and molar germs develop during embryonic stages in molecular details by comprehensive bioinformatic analyses, such as the cell types and identifications, cell developmental trajectories, as well as inferred gene regulatory networks.
