This manuscript introduces the Chrono-Entangled Universe (CEU) model, a novel cosmological framework proposing that the universe is a fundamental, eternal fabric of entangled temporal and spatial nodes at the Planck scale. The model posits that all cosmic phenomena, including gravity, cosmic expansion, and structure formation, are emergent properties arising from informational entropy gradients within this fabric. Derived from a single action principle, the CEU model provides a unified explanation that eliminates the need for hypothetical entities such as dark matter, dark energy, or a cosmic inflation field. It claims to resolve long-standing cosmological paradoxes, including the horizon problem, spacetime singularities (which are replaced by stable "entanglement cores"), and the black hole information paradox. The model makes several concrete, falsifiable predictions that distinguish it from the standard Lambda-CDM model. The most significant predictions include: (1) A characteristic suppression of 60-75% in the odd-numbered acoustic peaks of the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) power spectrum. (2) A negative weak lensing convergence ($\kappa \approx -0.015$) in large cosmic voids, indicating a repulsive gravitational effect. (3) An abrupt high-frequency cutoff in the ringdown phase of gravitational waves from merging black holes, replacing the quasi-normal modes predicted by General Relativity. These predictions are testable with current and near-future observatories like CMB-S4, Euclid, and LIGO, offering a clear protocol to validate or refute the framework.
