Digestive Acidification in Hagfish

Datasets are presented for Weinrauch et al. (In Prep). These are the functional transport data for proton secretion or ion absorption following feeding, or application of pharmacological agents. The first tab of the file describes each of the labels. Data are presented for each figure panel or the table. Experiments were conducted under the approval of the Canadian Council for Animal Care at Bamfield Marine Sciences Centre (RS17-03) and the University of Alberta (AUP 0001126) with a collection permit obtained from Fisheries and Oceans Canada (XR-136-2017). This dataset supports a study that investigated the mechanisms of digestive acidification in the Pacific hagfish.
