This project contains 16S rRNA amplicon sequences from 94 rhizosphere soil samples collected after planting Scirpus mariqueter with three genotypic richness levels (1, 4, and 8 genotypes). The goal is to test how intraspecific diversity shapes bacterial community composition and soil nitrogen processes in salt-marsh soils. Paired-end reads were generated by Illumina sequencing and are provided as raw FASTQ files.
