Shiny Glass Application

This R shiny application can be used to calculate the likelihood ratios using a multivariate kernel density (MVK) model. This app was developed to easily access the R code written previously by members of Prof. Almirall’s research group at Florida International University. In this procedure, MVK-calculated source likelihood ratios are calibrated using a pool adjacent violators (PAV) algorithm.
