XPlanning data set BPL “(403/11) Might III”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “(403/11) Mönden III” of the municipality of Inzlingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The qualified development plan is based on Par. 30 (1) BauGB at least fixes on the type and extent of the use of the building, of the superstructureable ground surfaces and on the traffic areas above. The eligibility of a project is assessed solely on the basis of that development plan. A construction project is permissible if it complies with the definitions of a qualified development plan and the development is secured.
