Determining comorbidity of double variants in the pathogenesis of diastolic dysfunction, HCM, arrhythmias, and SCD using humanized knock-in mouse models. HRC S81A mice, MYBPC3 del25bp mice, DV mice (HRC S81A and MYBPC3 del25bp) and Non-transgenic controls were subjected to echocardiography to analyze their cardiac function at baseline conditions.
