Cassava-TME204-UCBSV multispectral imaging dataset for early detection of virus infection with spatial-spectral machine learning

This multispectral imagery (MSI) dataset was acquired with a bespoke device for the study of early detection of cassava brown streak virus. It contains scans of detached cassava leaves under three treatments: non-inoculated, inoculated (with UCBSV), and mock-inoculated in three independent trials, taken on various days post inoculation through the course of the cassava growth. All plants of the three treatments grew under the same environmental conditions. Analysis of these data is described in a paper by Peng et al. (2022).
