UHPLC-UHRMS and 109AgNPs-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry imaging of pesticide residues in Solanum lycopersicum L.

The materials contain mass spectra of 109AgNPs-LDI-MSI obtained using a Bruker Autoflex Speed mass spectrometer of tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.) fruit tissue chemical composition from an imprint and images from a camera corresponding to the imprint of the tissue. The imprint used for the analysis is the leftmost bottom imprint shown on the photo.The raw data of the results of the surface assisted-LDI is included in the 109AgNPs_LDI_MSI_tomato zip file and can be opened using an open-source R package that is freely available.
