To identify factors that suppressed fibrosis in miR-26a KO mice, we performed a comprehensive comparison of total lung mRNA expression levels between the WT and miR-26a KO groups using RNA sequencing analysis. Overall design: WT and KO mice were euthanized on day 0 (prior to BLM OA) and day 7 after BLM OA. Both the day 0 and day 7 groups were subjected to identical procedures from sample collection through RNA sequencing.
