根据防涝需要，在各区道路低点设置电子水尺，实时监测积水水位数据,当水位数值超过预警值/上限值系统即报警。可结合监测站、监测设施、监测项等信息,利用相关Id、pid字段获取更详细的业务数据。

To meet flood prevention requirements, electronic water gauges are installed at low-lying points of roads in each district to monitor accumulated water level data in real time. The system will trigger an alarm when the water level exceeds the warning value or upper limit value. By combining information such as monitoring stations, monitoring facilities and monitoring items, more detailed business data can be obtained using the relevant Id and pid fields.
