Whole-genome sequencing of Lactobacillus johnsonii LJ-PSU-blood isolated from a blood sample of a patient in Songklanagarind Hospital, Thailand

The study aimed to investigate important genomic data of Lactobacillus johnsonii LJ-PSU-blood, which was isolated from a blood sample of a patient in Songklanagarind Hospital, Thailand. We hypothesize that this bacteria may carry some specific virulence genes that are associated with its infection.
