This dataset aims to evaluate the antioxidant potential and the digestive enzyme inhibitory capacity of the ethanolic extract from Andiroba’s industrial residue. The ethanolic extract was obtained using a Soxhlet apparatus, and the concentrations of total phenols and flavonoids were determined. Antioxidant potential was evaluated using the DPPH and FRAP methods, while enzymatic activity was performed using the α-amylase and lipase enzymes. Additionally, a hemolytic assay was conducted to evaluate cytotoxicity. Data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation. The Student’s t-test was used for analysis of the results for total phenol/flavonoid content, antioxidant activity, and enzymatic activity. All assays were performed in triplicate. IC50 values were determined by non-linear regression with 95% confidence intervals, and p<0.05. GraphPad Prism version 6.0 was used for statistical analysis. The total phenol content was less than 1.7 µg GAE/mg and total flavonoids were 3.16 ± 2.67 µg QE/mg, close to the limit of quantification (8.37 µg/mL), indicating a low presence of these compounds in the sample. Regarding the extract's antioxidant potential (DPPH), it was observed that at a concentration of 10mg/mL, the sample demonstrated 41.24 ± 3.96% inhibition with an IC50 of 15.12 ± 3.01 µg/mL, indicating moderate antioxidant activity. In the FRAP method, the residue was able to inhibit 221.07 ± 5.82 µM of ferrous sulfate per mg of extract (µM ESF/mg), indicating that AIR has antioxidant potential. Furthermore, the Andiroba industrial residue demonstrated 65.38% inhibition of α-amylase enzyme activity at a concentration of 25 mg/mL, with an IC50 of 17.52 ± 4.57 mg/mL, and regarding lipase enzymatic activity, the inhibition was 53.17% at the same concentration mentioned above, with an IC50 of 19.68 ± 0.16 mg/mL
