Mikania micrantha raw sequence reads from genotyping by sequencing

In this study, we aim to investigate the contribution of gene flow to invasive adaptation of M. micrantha in southern China. To do this, genotyping by sequencing approach is employed to obtain genome-wide single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of M. micrantha. Based on the SNP data, we evaluate genetic patterns and identify adaptive loci that respond to changing environment. We believe our findings are of great significance to understanding the invasion success of M. micrantha and developing it management strategies.
