Organizational Wisdom scale for schools

The factor structure of the Organizational Wisdom for Schools Scale (OWfS) is investigated for the first time in Greek secondary education. The current research revealed that organizational wisdom is classified into four factors: Evaluation of Organizational Learning - Organizational Intelligence, Values and Value Relativism, Effectiveness - Well-being, and Leadership. Findings extend recent theoretical work on wisdom in organizations, contribute to the growing body of empirical studies in this area, and open its study to educational organizations.
