Sperm small RNA sequencing 7 days or 3 hours after dexamethasone injection

Sperm RNA was sequenced 7 days or 3 hours following 2mg/kg dexamethasone or vehicle intraperitoneal injection. Examination of sperm small RNA payload in pure mature sperm cells, collected from cauda epididymis. These cells have passed from Caput to cauda epididymis between the time the animals have been injected and the timepoint of collection.
