RNA Sequencing of Liver and Skeletal Muscle from WT and Heterozygous IGF-1R Mutant Mice

This dataset includes gene expression profiles from liver and skeletal muscle samples of young female and male C57BL/6J mice with heterozygous IGF-1R R1096C mutation, along with age-matched wild-type controls. Overall design: Young (4-month-old) female and male wildtype (WT) and heterozygous IGF-1R R1096C (IGF-1R Het) C57BL/6J mice. 48 biological replicates: 5-6 liver and 5-7 skeletal (gastrocnemius) muscle samples per genotype and sex.
