CryoEDNet: Processed Cryo-EM Particle Images and Experimental Results

This dataset accompanies the study "CryoEDNet:An Edge-Enhanced Deep Convolutional Network forDetail-Preserving Denoising of Cryo-EM ParticleImages". It contains processed cryo-EM particle imagesand experimental results generated and analyzedin this study, including denoised particle images,2D class averages, reconstructed 3D density maps,and corresponding evaluation results. The original cryo-EM datasets used in this studyare publicly available from EMDB and EMPIAR.Their accession numbers and source links areprovided in the accompanying README file. These data are provided to support thereproducibility and further evaluation of CryoEDNet.
