YAP, TAZ are transcriptional co-regulators involved in many important biological processes. But the functional roles in adipocytes are not well understood. So we sequenced the mRNA of scWAT deleted of Yap/Taz simulataneously to explore the roles of YAP/TAZ in adipocytes. Overall design: Comparative profiling analysis of gene expression based on RNA-seq data of scWAT from 8 weeks old male WT and Yapfl/fl/Tazfl/fl;AdipoqCre mice.
