Mutation rates reported in this table were calculated using the rSalvador function newton.LD.plating and were compared using the LRT.LD.plating function to determine statistical significance. Mutant frequencies were compared using the Mann–Whitney U test. Reported p-values were adjusted with the Benjamini–Hochberg correction to control the false discovery rate.
