Transcriptomes analysis of mouse liver tumors (PRJCA016024)

Mutations in p53 enable unrestricted proliferation of premalignant cells, and immune surveillance is crucial in clearing premalignant cells. However, the precise manner in that p53 mutations of premalignant cells contribute to immune evasion is not well understood. In this study, we construced spontaneous liver cancer models with different genotypes in mice, and mouse liver tumors, tumor-infiltrating macrophages and T cells, and BMDMs were analyzed by RNA-seq and spatial transcriptome sequencing to explore the mechanism that p53 mutations promote tumor immune evasion.
