Impact of the Gas Atmosphere present at the Triple Boundary Phase on the Measured Oxygen Evolution Reaction Electrocatalytic Activity of Ni2B/Ni3B electrocatalysts

This dataset contains all raw and processed data supporting the study investigating the electrocatalytic activity of Ni₂B and Ni₃B phases toward the oxygen evolution reaction (OER), and the influence of the surrounding atmosphere at the triple phase boundary on the measured current density. A Ni₇₀B₃₀ alloy ingot comprising both Ni₂B and Ni₃B phases was locally characterized using scanning electrochemical cell microscopy (SECCM). During measurements, the gas environment surrounding the nanodroplet at the SECCM probe tip was systematically controlled and varied, revealing significant effects of the ambient atmosphere on the recorded electrochemical activity. All raw SECCM and SEM data withits associated metadata, and post-processing scripts are included to enable full reproducibility and further analysis.
