Proteomic analysis/raw data of IPed PfAP2-O

These ara the datasets of the proteomic analysis of schizont-derived peptides from the parasite line NF54::PfAP2-O-GFP-HA-DD24, immunoprecipitated with antiHA. Proteins appearing in SDS PAGE in approximate sizes of 15, 30 and 70 kDa were trypsin-digested and analyzed by mass spec. Data are contained in 3 different files.
