aSNPs for protein coding genes were extracted from the PWD exome sequence compared to B6 reference genome (GRCm38) and confirmed by classical re-sequencing. PWK SNPs were obtained from Sanger Institute Mouse Genome Project. bRate of protein evolution is based on one to one comparison with rat orthologs. (GRCm37).
