收藏资源简介:
This dataset is associated with the manuscript entitled "Brain mechanisms for processing systematic sound-to-meaning mappings for concrete and abstract concepts" authored by Greig de Zubicaray, Marko Krsmanovic, Katie McMahon, Valeriya Tolkacheva, & Joanne Arciuli. It includes the processed fMRI data (realigned and unwarped, normalised to MNI space, smoothed) in BIDS format in the file "Processed_data_BIDS.tar.gz", the SPM12 batch scripts to run the fixed effects analyses at the individual subject level in the file "FFX.tar.gz" and the group level random effects analysis in the file "RFX.tar.gz". Note that you will need to change the paths in these scripts to run them locally. The raw fMRI data is available at https://doi.org/10.18112/openneuro.ds007468.v1.0.0 The behavioural data and statistical analyses in Jamovi are contained in the file "behavioural_data.zip". The PsychoPy code and materials to run the experiment in the scanner are contained in the file "PsychoPy.zip". Note that the auditory word and nonword tokens from the Auditory English Lexicon Project (AELP) are not included here and may be obtained from: https://inetapps.nus.edu.sg/aelp/
