Central dogma rates and the trade-off between precision and economy

The tables of this dataset contain the raw data (RPKMs from RNAseq and ribosomal profiling) which served the basis to estimate transcription and translation rates on which we built our theoretical analysis. These estimated transcription and translation rates are also contained in the tables. In addition, the tables contain extra fields (such as coefficient of variation on protein abundance fluctuations) needed to reproduce Fig. 3B and 4C. The first sheet of each table contains a description of the columns of the table.
