The mononucleated cells were collected from the bone marrow samples of AML patients and healthy controls. We compared the expressions between AML patients and the healthy controls. Total RNA were extrated from the mononucleated cells from the bone marrow samples of AML patients and healthy controls. We compared the expressions of AML patients with the healthy donors.
