This genomic catalog comprises over 50,000 genomes derived from various extreme environments. All genomes meet the quality criteria of greater than 50% completeness and less than 10% contamination, as validated by both CheckM1 and CheckM2 assessments. We have also made all biosynthetic gene clusters available to enable cross-project comparative analyses.
