MSD analysis with KymographDirect and @msdanalyzer

MATLAB code that loads particle tracking data (position vs time) for kymographs extracted using KymographDirect (https://sites.google.com/site/kymographanalysis/). MSD and other analyses are performed with a modified version of the package msdanalyzer (http://tinevez.github.io/msdanalyzer/).
