Supplementary Data and Code for: [Divergent Hippocampal Transcriptomic Signatures Underlying the Antidepressant Effects of Electroacupuncture and Moxibustion]

This dataset contains the raw RNA-seq counts, VST-normalized matrix, and R analysis scripts for the manuscript that compared the hippocampal transcriptomic profiles of adult Wistar rats exposed to maternal separation (MS) and treated with either Electroacupuncture (EA) or Moxibustion (MO). Rats were divided into 4 groups (n=3/group): Control (Naïve), Model (MS), MS + EA treatment, MS + MO treatment. Total RNA was extracted from hippocampal tissues for RNA-sequencing to identify differentially expressed genes and enriched pathways. This is the preliminary dataset/code for the manuscript. The finalized, fully annotated version will be updated upon the acceptance of the paper.
