Brazil: cachaça export value share 2022, by destination country

Cachaça is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from sugar cane. In 2022, cachaça exports from Brazil to the United States accounted for approximately 25.8 percent of that year's total Brazilian cachaça exports, making it the country's main destination of the product outside the local market. Germany followed, accounting for 12 percent of the total. Other leading destinations were Portugal, France, and Italy.
