Species traits, landscape quality and floral resource overlap with honeybees determine virus transmission in plant-pollinator networks

LandscapeData: Data on landscape-scale pollinator-friendly habitat per landscape. Cover of pollinator-friendly habitat (%) was measured in 500 m radius around the center of the study landscapes (see associated research article for details about the definition of pollinator-friendly habitat). InteractionData: Pollinator (wild bees and hoverflies) and their interactions with visited plant species, based on transect data from the 12 landscapes and 3 sampling rounds. Flower abundance of each flowering plant species (in cm^2) is given. See associated research article for details about the sampling. DWVB_summarised and BQCV summarised: Data on deformed wing virus B (DWVB) or black queen cell virus (BQCV) load summarised per landscape, sampling round and genus of the pollinator (median number of viral copies).
