资源简介:
LandscapeData: Data on landscape-scale pollinator-friendly habitat per landscape. Cover of pollinator-friendly habitat (%) was measured in 500 m radius around the center of the study landscapes (see associated research article for details about the definition of pollinator-friendly habitat). InteractionData: Pollinator (wild bees and hoverflies) and their interactions with visited plant species, based on transect data from the 12 landscapes and 3 sampling rounds. See associated research article for details about the sampling. Flower Data: Flower survey data from the 12 landscapes and 3 sampling rounds. Flower abundance of each flowering plant species (in cm^2) is given. See associated research article for details about the sampling. DWVB_summarised and BQCV summarised: Data on deformed wing virus B (DWVB) or black queen cell virus (BQCV) load summarised per landscape, sampling round and genus of the pollinator (median number of viral copies). See associated research article for details about the sampling and molecular methods. Viral_data_raw:Data on black queen cell virus (BQCV), deformed wing virus A and B (DWV) loads (genome copies per µg of RNA per individual sample) per pollinator species, site and sampling round; as well as the Cq-values of the reference gene Apo28S (rRNA gene from the Apocrita suborder) for each sample. See associated research article for details about the sampling and molecular methods.
