本数据是2016年中国林业发展报告附表中全国历年林业重点生态工程完成投资及国家投资。统计了1979年-2015年退耕还林工程、京津风沙源治理工程、三北及长江流域等重点防护林体系建设工程、三北防护林体系建设工程、长江中上游防护林体系建设工程、沿海防护林体系建设工程、珠江流域防护林体系建设工程、太行山绿化工程、平原绿化工程、野生动物植物保护及自然保护区建设工程、天然林资源保护工程实际完成投资和国家投资情况。

This dataset is sourced from the appendix tables of the 2016 China Forestry Development Report, and records the actual completed investment and national investment of key national forestry ecological projects across China from 1979 to 2015. The included projects are: the Grain for Green Project, the Beijing-Tianjin Sandstorm Source Control Project, the Key National Shelterbelt System Construction Projects covering the Three-North Region and the Yangtze River Basin and other areas, the Three-North Shelterbelt Development Program, the Shelterbelt System Construction Project in the Upper and Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River, the Coastal Shelterbelt System Construction Project, the Pearl River Basin Shelterbelt System Construction Project, the Taihang Mountain Afforestation Project, the Plain Afforestation Project, the Wild Animal and Plant Protection and Nature Reserve Construction Project, and the Natural Forest Resources Protection Project.
