This dataset performs intelligent annotation on unstructured video and image data to establish theme repositories and special topic repositories. It delivers efficient video data governance services for industries including urban governance, intelligent transportation, manufacturing, cultural education and medical health, enhancing the utilization efficiency of video data in these sectors, while providing video data governance and application data support for their respective application scenarios. By understanding and analyzing video data and integrating data attributes such as locations, events and business attributes, an intelligent tag library is constructed. The library encompasses seven core tag categories: target type tags, event tags, location tags, behavior tags, business tags, geographic information tags and custom tags. Multiple individual tags can be associated and combined to form composite tags, which are used to build various theme repositories and special topic repositories.
