Chronic post-surgical pain (CPSP) is a persistent pain after surgical procedure. However, the underlying mechanisms of CPSP have not been fully elucidated. Here, we evaluated changes in whole-transciptomic analysis in the dorsal root ganglia and spinal cord in a novel developed rat model of CPSP to elucidate the CPSP mechanism in humans.
