To study whether NRDE2 downregulation affects the expression of mitotic genes, we carried out NRDE2 knockdown in NPKO-1 cells. The mitotic cells were shaken off, and the rest of cells were harvested for RNA extract and deep sequencing. NPKO-1 cells were treated with control or NRDE2 shRNA for 72 hrs, and then the mitotic cells were shaken off, and the rest cells were harvested for RNA deep sequencting
