Research Code for a Future-Grounded Explanation Audit Framework for Longitudinal Glioma Imaging

This repository contains the research code and lightweight reproducibility materials for a future-grounded explanation audit framework in longitudinal glioma imaging. The package supports manuscript-facing verification of the FAR-4 audit workflow, including internal cohort confirmation, operational baseline benchmarking, checkpoint-backed attribution benchmarking, ablation analysis, leakage and oracle-control analysis, clinical relevance analysis, and RHUH-GBM external audit replication. The release includes code, configuration files, manifests, summary tables, documentation, and provenance notes. It does not redistribute raw medical imaging data, RHUH NIfTI files, full attribution arrays, model checkpoints, or large intermediate files. Raw data access should follow the original dataset providers and applicable data-use conditions.
