Whole exome sequencing of adenomas from Lynch Syndrome carriers

This project aims to characterize the mutational landscape of adenomas and advanced adenomas from Lynch Syndrome (LS) carriers enrolled in a Phase Ib/II single-arm trial of the off-the-shelf neoantigen vaccine Nous-209 for cancer interception.
