Data and code for: Taming the dragon: genetic variation in wild and domesticated Antirrhinum majus

This archive contains R code and raw data that is needed to conduct all of the analyses in the manuscript. The same scripts and code are also available on github where they are easier to access and view: How to use this archive: 1) Download and unzip it. The folder "input_files" contains the three input files that are needed to do almost all of the analysis. The only exception is the admixture analysis. The input files for this analysis are contained in the folder "Admixture_input". The input file: "domestication_genotypes.csv.gz" needs to be unzipped. 2) The, just run the scripts in the order they are numbered. i.e., "domestication_step1_dataPrep.r" prepares the data files combining columns into a working dataset.
