The name format, aa000D_00000rpm_000dLpm, gives the following information. aa: eccentricity. It can be ex, ey, ez, meaning translation eccentricity in X, Y, or Z. Or bx, bz, for the tilting rotations around X and Z. 000D: It´s the eccentricity, using permillage (‰) of the diameter of the rotor (015D means 0.015·D). 00td: instead of “000D”, if the eccentricity is an angle. The suffix “td” stands for “tenth of degree”. 40td means 4 degrees. 00000rpm: rotational velocity in rpm. 000dLpm: Flow rate in dL. So 025dLpm means 25Lpm.
