16s rRNA gene sequencing of chronic stress and FMT rats

We stressed specific-pathogen-free rats following chronic restraint stress paradigm for 28days. Cecal contents from rats stressed for 7, 14, 21, or 28 days were successively transplanted into the cecum of normal rats once a week for 4 weeks. This study was aimed to investigated whether transplantation of cecal contents of different chronic stress stages to normal rats could reproduce chronic stress induced core phenotypes.
