This project aimed to identify the four stages of Procambarus clarkii ovary, including previtellogenic stage (stage I), early vitellogenic stage (stage II), middle vitellogenic stage (stage III) and mature stage (stage IV), then aimed to compare the transcriptomics among these four stages through next-generation sequencing and understand the molecular pattern as the development of the ovary.
