This work was devoted to preparing a kind of 30CrMnSiAhigh strength and low alloy wear-resistant steel suitable for excavator bucket teeth. Through the forging, quenching and tempering process, the ultrastrong low alloy steel with good toughness and wear resistance has been successfully prepared. The yield strength, tensile strength, elongation and hardness of the ultrastrong steel reached up to1700MPa, 1960MPa, 7% and 563HV, respectively. OM, SEM and TEM were used to observe the microstructures of the ultrastrong steel, and it was found that the microstructures of the steel was fineand dense due to the forging process.
本研究致力于制备一种适用于挖掘机铲齿的30CrMnSiA高强低合金耐磨钢。经锻造、淬火及回火工艺处理,成功制备出具有优良韧性和耐磨性的超强度低合金钢。该超强度钢的屈服强度、抗拉强度、延伸率和硬度分别达到1700MPa、1960MPa、7%和563HV。采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对超强度钢的微观结构进行了观察,发现由于锻造工艺,钢的微观结构呈现细腻且致密。
