Gene expression profiling by bulk RNAseq from the livers of wild-type mice and those with loss-of-function mutations in URI 48 hours after partial hepatectomy

We used bulk RNA sequencing to examine the differentially expressed genes in the livers of URI loss-of-function mutant (specific deletion of URI in hepatocytes using serum albumin-creERT2 line) and wild-type littermate control mice 48 hours after partial hepatectomy (48H).
