Immunoprecipitation of RNA interacting with the FMT (Friendly) protein in Arabidopsis thaliana.

This project aims to identify cytosolic mRNAs interacting with the FMT protein, by RNA immunoprecipitation assays. The experiment was done with 3 biological replicates. Each replicate corresponds to 4 extracts, that is total and immunoprecipitated mRNAs from Arabidopsis thaliana expressing the GFP_FMT protein, or the MS2_GFP protein as a control.
