iNKT cells reactive to SAP3 or aGalCer

We performed paired scRNA-seq and scTCR-seq on FACS-purified CD3⁺CD19⁻ iNKT cells stained with α-GalCer- or SAP-3-loaded CD1d tetramers to define antigen-specific transcriptional programs and TCR repertoire features. The scRNA-seq data were analyzed using Seurat. scTCR-seq analysis was performed with R. SAP-3 and alpha-GalCer-reactive iNKT cell data are provided and can be identified by the filename prefixes.
