RNA sequencing analysis was used to identify changes in mouse breast cancer cells (4T1) after axitinib resistance and FACS isolation of SA-β-galHi (SM+) and SA-β-galLo (SM-) cells Mouse breast cancer cells (4T1) resistant to axitinib were derived in vivo after continuous treatment with 100mg/kg/day axitinib from post-surgical lesions. Resistant cells were maintained in vitro with 0.5µM axitinib for more than 2 months. Resistant cells were stained for fluorescent SA-β-gal substrate C12FDG and fractioned into SA-β-galHi (SM+) and SA-β-galLo (SM-) populations
