Qualitative analysis of the Best Possible Self intervention: underlying mechanisms that influence its efficacy.

This dataset contains the data regarding the qualitative analysis and quantitative data of 78 participants that enrolled in a study aimed at analyzing the role of the content of the essays of a positive psychology intervention on its efficacy to increase positive affect.
