FairytaleQA Translated

This dataset is the machine-translated variant of the FairytaleQA dataset, which was specifically developed to evaluate and improve the narrative comprehension skills of young children. It includes versions in Spanish, Portuguese (European and Brazilian variants), and French. The dataset contains detailed annotations for narrative elements and question clarity, as well as manual error analysis of the translated data. In terms of scale, the dataset is based on 278 stories and contains 10,580 question-answer pairs. Its supported tasks cover question generation and question answering.
