Dataset: Criticality in an imidazolium ionic liquid fully wetting a sapphire support

Dataset provided for the publication "Criticality in an imidazolium ionic liquid fully wetting a sapphire support" with additional and underlying data. This dataset provides the raw statistical data for the morphological analysis of holes in films presented in the associated publication. Additionally, it includes a treatment of the error estimate for the worst-case error due to our film-reconstruction technique.
